The Aqua Dome

One of Ireland's largest indoor water-worlds, the Aqua Dome offers a great day out for all the family no matter what the weather.

Siamsa Tire Theater

Siamsa Tíre celebrates the Irish Culture through the Arts and is home to the National Folk Theater. From May to September the venue hosts a FOLK ARTS Festival with performances by the National Folk Theater. For the remainder of the year it presents a vibrant programme of Dance, Drama, Comedy, Film and Music Concerts,

Blennerville Windmill

Blennerville Windmill is a tower mill in BlennervilleCo. Kerry and the tallest of its kind in Europe at 21.3 metres high. Blennerville Windmill was built by Sir Rowland Blennerhassett in 1800 whom the village of Blennerville is named afterIt is now impressively restored and open to the public with a visitors centre comprising a craft centre, exhibition gallery, audio-visual presentation and restaurant. Kerry County Museum 

 Play Viking chess; plot St. Brendan’s route to America; guess the origin of Ireland’s animals; decipher a secret Ogham message; discover a Stone Age survival kit. It’s all in the MUSEUM GALLERY, where you will also find countless artefacts illustrating Kerry’s turbulent history and fascinating archaeology. Dress up as Kerry’s most famous explorer, Tom Crean, in the ANTARCTICA EXHIBITION.

Tralee Bay Wetlands

Tralee Bay Wetlands Centre is equipped with not only scenic views from the 20 metre Viewing and Observation Tower but also with full visitor facilities, including the Lakeside Café and Bistro, An Interactive Wildlife Exhibition, Guided Nature Boat Tours, Bird Hides, and for the more energetic the light Watersports and Activity Lake!

Walks and Woodlands 

The rare unspoiled beauty of Kerry that is world famous is easily accessible from Tralee. From the gentle woodlands of Ballyseedy and Glenageenty to the rugged landscapes of the Dingle Way and the North Kerry Way Tralee offers you the ideal base to explore all Kerry has to offer. For something more gentle the Lee Valley Walk, The Rose Walk and the Sli na Slainte offer an alternative. 

Golf and Pitch & Put

Instituted October 1, 1896, Tralee Golf Club opened its present Arnold Palmer-designed course for play at Barrow in October 1984. A short drive from Tralee the Golf Club is also close to the seaside village of Fenit.

Tralee Pitch and Put Club is a championship course located in front of Collis Sandes House in Killeen, Oakpark. It opens from 10am until dusk. 

Predator Paintball 

Situated in Tralee, County Kerry on 27 Acres including 20 acres of mature woodland and a 7 acre competition site. The paintball area consists of rugged terrain with trees, trails, hills, streams, bunkers, six bridges, a base camp, a village, a fort, a church with a sniper steeple, the Radio Hut on an Island and two 20ft bridges.

Crag Cave

Discovered in 1983 and thought to be over 1 million years old Crag Cave is a magical wonderland of stalagmites and stalactites. It is an all weather visitor attraction located in Castleisland Co. Kerry 2 km off the N21 www.cragcave.com
